RoutePulse accounts and company data are not public. You may access only the company, drivers, conversations, and records your account is authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Do not use RoutePulse to harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, share unlawful or sexually explicit material, distribute spam or malware, expose confidential information without authorization, or interfere with the service. Users may report messages and block direct messaging. Company administrators and RoutePulse may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for safety, security, policy enforcement, or legal obligations.

RoutePulse helps participating companies organize operational information. It does not replace company management judgment, employment policies, required safety procedures, emergency services, or professional legal advice. Users must verify time-sensitive schedules, assignments, and safety instructions through their company when circumstances require immediate confirmation.

You retain responsibility for content you submit and represent that you are authorized to provide it. You grant RoutePulse the limited right to host, process, display, transmit, secure, and delete that content as needed to provide the service to your company.

We work to keep RoutePulse reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or change as features, security requirements, and integrations evolve. Access may be suspended to protect users, companies, data, or the service.
